Brother Rabbit hates it when I talk in buisness terms, but f*&% it.

The good thing that comes out of this is that Coonskin is bankable enough to have a sequel, in the opinion of these Bootleggers.

So it's a valid argument for the person who own the right to release it properly.

In the end I think the person who own the right of Coonskin doesn't care about the movies...

Just messaged 2 of the morons on Ebay who are calling the DVD Coonskin 2 to let them know that there is no such thing. Bad enough that the movie isn't available on DVD, at least thet could get the damn title correct if they're going to sell bootlegs. Sheesh.
